NWRC have a team for players of all ages, male or female.

Below are our teams for the 2025 season.

U8 Mixed 

Format:                        7 a side competition.

Field Size:                    Quarter Field.

Game duration:       30 minutes (2 x 15-minute halves). 

Subtitutions:              Unlimited.

U10 Mixed (Red & Blue) 

Format:                        10 a side competition.

Field Size:                    Half Field.

Game duration:       40 minutes (2 X 20-minute halves).

Substitutions:            Unlimited.

U11 Mixed

Format:                        10 a side competition.

Field Size:                    Half Field.

Game duration:       40 minutes (2 X 20-minute halves).

Substitutions:            Unlimited.

Field Size:                    Full Field.

Game duration:       50 minutes (2 X 25-minute halves).
